What size are the play mats?
Each Play Mat is 1.78m x 1.50m x 1.5cm and the innovative reversible design gives you two chic prints in one.

What are the play mats made of?
Our mats are made from XPE, a non-toxic, anti-microbial, hypoallergenic and waterproof alternative to traditional EVA foam that tops the safety charts and is ultra lightweight. The Pieces play mats meet all North American and European safety standards

Should I clean my play mat before use?
While our play mats are non-toxic with no off gassing, It's always a good idea to give the play mats a quick wipe down play mat with a warm water and a damp cloth before first use. Please avoid abrasive sponges and chemical cleaners as they may damage the mat.

We just opened our play mat and the edges are rolled up. What should I do?
When you unroll your play mat the edges might be slightly curled up. Due to the nature of the foam having memory and the mats being shipped in a roll, this can sometimes happen. Rolling the mat in the opposite direction is the best way to settle the sides. Roll it tight with lots of pressure. The mats will soften and settle as they get rolled and massaged along the sides.

Can you use the play mats outdoors?
Yes! The play mats are great outdoors, especially on decks, grass and concrete surfaces. We do suggest storing them indoors at night. Play Mats may fade if left in direct sunlight or when exposed to extreme heat. 

How do you clean the play mats?
Simply wipe clean with a damp cloth
Do not vacuum.
Do not use abrasive cleaning solutions. 

Can you put the play mats under your sofa of table?
We do not recommend placing heaving furniture, or furniture with pointy legs on top of the play mats.

Can you use the play mats with your pet?
While we are animal lovers, the mats were not designed for pets. Sharp claws and paws could potentially scratch or puncture the mat. 

Returns, Exchanges & Shipping
We will gladly offer a refund or exchange on regular priced merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Since this is a baby products for safety reasons, the item must be unopened, unused and in in the original packaging. All sale merchandise is final. No price adjustments.

To arrange your return, please email hello@playwithpieces.com. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without the proper paperwork.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

All sale merchandise is final. No price adjustments.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. 

How soon will my order ship out?
Unless otherwise specified, all in-stock orders ship within 24 hours on normal business days. Items purchased on pre-order will ship as soon as we receive the stock in our warehouse. We will do our best to ship pre-orders as close to the estimated ship date as possible.

Can I change my order?
Because orders are processed so quickly we are unable to edit, add to, or change orders once they are placed. Please double check your order quantities, pattern selection, currency, and shipping address before checking out.

How long does shipping? 
On average, all domestic orders arrive in 3-5 business days. International orders may take slightly longer.

Help! My order arrived and it is damaged. What should I do?
Please contact us immediately. Please send a copy of your order, pictures of the damage and a brief description. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

Please not that we cannot be held responsible for damage done after the mat has been used.
